Believe it or not, heel pain is a very common ailment. From walking, our feet take a boatload of anxiety daily. Along with everyday usage of our feet we also participate in sports, wear shoes which are not correctly fitted to our feet and could dismiss any suffering that we feel in our feet until it becomes intolerable – inducing us to make changes to be comfortable again.
A doctors visit is, more times than not, needed to look for the origin of the pain. Your physician will examine your foot, take a comprehensive history, and try to find any signs of inflammation or tenderness.
